Age affects which markers matter most for your health.
Functional Blood Panels
Our panels go beyond standard disease screening. Every marker is chosen to give you actionable data about your metabolic health, hormones, and body composition.
Metabolic, thyroid, inflammation, vitamins
Our comprehensive metabolic panel covers the markers most doctors skip — fasting insulin, full thyroid (TSH, Free T3, Free T4), CRP inflammation, vitamin D, B12, and HbA1c alongside a complete metabolic and lipid panel.
Note: Testosterone and sex hormones are NOT included. These require the hormone add-on.
Testosterone, estradiol, progesterone & more
A separate hormone panel covering total and free testosterone, estradiol (E2), progesterone, DHEA-S, LH, FSH, and SHBG. Required for anyone with symptoms of hormonal imbalance, low libido, mood issues, or fatigue.
Why separate? Hormone panels require different processing and interpretation — they cannot be bundled into the basic draw.
Body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat
Clinical-grade body composition analysis using bioelectrical impedance. Measures body fat percentage, segmental lean mass by body part, visceral fat level, and total body water. Far more accurate than BMI or home scales.
Cardiovascular fitness + true calorie burn
VO2 Max is the gold standard for cardiovascular fitness and the strongest predictor of longevity. Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test reveals exactly how many calories your body burns at rest — the most accurate calorie target available.
A functional blood panel goes beyond standard disease screening to assess how your body is actually performing — measuring metabolic rate, hormonal balance, inflammation, and nutritional status to identify optimization opportunities before problems develop.
Testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, and SHBG require a separate hormone panel. Our $250 basic panel covers metabolic, thyroid, and inflammatory markers. The hormone add-on (+$75) is required for a complete hormonal picture.
Standard doctor panels check for disease markers. Our panels are designed for metabolic optimization — including fasting insulin, full thyroid (TSH, Free T3, Free T4), CRP, and vitamin D that most routine panels skip.
Yes — we recommend fasting for 10–12 hours before your blood draw for accurate fasting glucose, insulin, and lipid results. Water is fine. Schedule your appointment in the morning for easiest compliance.
An RMR test measures exactly how many calories your body burns at rest using indirect calorimetry. It's the most accurate way to set calorie targets for weight loss or maintenance — far more precise than any online calculator or formula.
